THE MEMORY GENRE OF THE NOVEL «A TRAVEL OF THE SCIENTIST DR. LEONARDO AND HIS FUTURE MISTRESS BEAUTIFUL ALCHESTA IN SLOBOZHAN SWATZERLAND» BY MIKE JOHANSEN

Анотація
Introduction. The teachings of a memory starts its movement from the works of Aristotle and Plato. It has made significant a development paved the way of the philosophy by the psychology and the cultural studies to the literature. Purpose. We should explore the relationship of the memory and literature, describe the signs on the memory of the genre and identify them in the story Mike Johansen "Journey the scientist Dr. Leonardo and his future mistress a beautiful Alchesty Slobozhanska in theSwitzerland." Results. Maurice Halbwachs argued that there are two memory internal and external or personal and social, and more - the historical memory. Jan Asman continued and transformed an opinion. The researcher marked two types of the collective memory: communicative and cultural. Lotman studied the memory of the culture. He saw the memory of the culture to a store, transfer and create a new messages, texts. Astrid and Earl Ansgar Nyunninh set out to determine the place of the memory in the literary science and studied the literature memory, the memory in literature and the literature as a means of a transmission of the cultural memory. The theoretical problem of the genres associated with the works by M. Bakhtin and A. Barkov. Scientists agree that a Menippean satire has a number of characteristics. In the story by M. Johansen "Journey scientist Dr. Leonardo ..." Menippean satire can be called in many of these signs. The humorous element is the first reason to call it. In the story by M. Johansen the humorous element is represented mostly ironic intentions of the narrator, who is both the author and the character at a time. A significant sign a Menippean satire genre is a fantasy and an adventure; it is justified by the ideological and philosophical purpose. In the prologue Mike Johansen makes it clear to the reader that the story will focus on the adventure travel and the adventure/ However, some the ironically masked problems hidden behind the obvious story: the national identity, the provincialism, the love and sex, the political and literary situation. Conclusion. Therefore, we analyzed a number of characteristics of the novel "Journey ..." and we can conclude that it is available in all the formal features of Menippean satire.
